Bampton Surgery have now moved out of Carterton Health Centre.
We are now entering a period of refurbishment across the entire building, expected to last a couple of months. This should not cause any disruption to the current service, but please bear with us during this time.
We can confirm that we are currently accepting new patient registrations to those patients living within our practice boundary.
