There are lots of ways information is collected. This includes the friends and families test, the independent Ipsos-Mori GP-Patient survey, NHS Choices, IWantGreatCare, Google and information information from training inspections.

We were inspected by the Care Quality Commission in June 2016. We are delighted that in all areas we were assessed as providing good care. Click on the image to view the report.

Our PPG (Patient participation Group) is run by volunteer patients, the Practice Manager and Dr Doris. The group is designed to help strengthen the relationship between the Practice and you, our patients. We meet four times a year to discuss Practice news, healthcare updates and discuss how to improve the services provided. The PPG helps contribute ideas, feedback and suggestions to greater develop the patient experience. Medical care is increasingly complicated and often lots of little mistakes can build up to a bigger error. We would like you to let us know if things have gone wrong so we can try to correct them.
